Spring is in the air, which means if you're a college basketball fan you're probably excited for the NCAA Tournament to start. Dubbed March Madness, this crazy competition of dozens of the best teams in the country creates a buzz like no other sporting event except the Super Bowl. With so many teams to watch, fans have a large variety of basketball players to thirst over while enjoying the competition. We're here to give you a list of some of the best-looking hunks who will be attempting to help their teams to a championship!
Erik Stevenson, West Virginia Mountaineers
A senior guard for the ninth-seeded Mountaineers, Erik Stevenson has had a tumultuous journey throughout his college basketball career. He started in Wichita State in 2018 before transferring to Washington in 2020. He then made his transition to South Carolina for a year before his final stop at West Virginia. This handsome and talented player will try to push coach Bob Huggins' team to the Sweet 16 for the first time since 2017.
Jalen Slawson, Furman Paladins
A senior forward for the 13th seeded Paladins, Jalen Slawson isn't a name that many college basketball fans will have heard of yet. This doesn't mean you shouldn't pay attention to him once the tournament starts, though. Slawson has gotten better every season of his career, averaging a career-high 15 points per game this season. His afro-look and calm demeanor is sure to catch your eyes.
Noah Carter, Missouri Tigers
A junior forward for the seventh-seeded Tigers, Noah Carter has an infectious smile and a frenetic energy that is sure to capture the hearts and adoration of the college basketball world during the NCAA Tournament. Carter averages just under 10 points per game for a Missouri team that is making only their fourth appearance on the biggest stage in college basketball since 2013.
Taylor Funk, Utah State Aggies
A senior forward for the tenth-seeded Aggies, Taylor Funk brings a steady inside presence to the Utah State team that is sure to give them a chance to advance to the Round of 32 once the tournament kicks off. A junior guard for the second-seeded Wildcats, Kerr Kriisa is helping to carry on the long-lasting legacy of great floor generals for the lauded Arizona basketball program. This Pac-12 Conference powerhouse is a staple of the NCAA tournament every spring and they usually win at least a couple of games throughout the early rounds. This means Kriisa's bad boy charm will infuse the screen for a good amount of time! Fun fact: Kriisa is from Estonia, a country with a dearth of basketball players.
Jacob Grandison, Duke Blue Devils
A senior guard for the fifth-seeded Blue Devils, Jacob Grandison started his career with the Illinois FIghting Illini before transferring to Duke. He only averages four points per game, but his infectious energy and smile makes him a compelling teammate and hottie to look out for when watching the storied Duke basketball program take the court during March Madness. This is the first NCAA tournament that Duke will be playing under a different coach than Mike Krzyzewski in over four decades.
Santiago Vescovi, Tennessee Volunteers
A senior guard for the fourth-seeded Volunteers, Santiago Vescovi has given Tennessee a steady perimeter presence for four years in the backcourt. With averages of about 13 points per game this season, Vescovi will need to give the Vols even more offensive firepower to push them deeper into the tournament. Bryce Hopkins, Providence Friars
A sophomore forward for the 11th-seeded Friars, Bryce Perkins has taken a large step forward this season for Providence after transferring from Kentucky in his freshman season. Hopkins will be given the opportunity to enact some revenge on the Wildcats for letting him go when the two teams meet up in the first round of the tournament.
