A disturbing video surfaced June 15, showing what appears to be a police officer attacking a teen during Pittsburgh's PrideFest, Gay Star News reports.

The 15-second clip was uploaded to Facebook Sunday by eyewitness Jenna Renee Kenny, and has been shared over 5,600 times.

"EVERYONE WATCH THIS!! This happened right in front of me at pride today," Kenny writes. "& please share he's a prick & shouldn't get away with it. He was smiling the whole time after he got her in cuffs."

The video shows a crowd watching as the police officer pulls the girl by the hair and then punches her in the stomach.

Before the attack occurs, one witness says, "Oh shit, she's going to get arrested." After the girl is punched, a woman shouts, "What are you doing?"

In the comments section of the video, Kenny says the girl at the event, "got to [sic] close to the protester and he straight up got in front of her and choked her back and then started punching her."

According to Autumn Huntera, who also witnessed the incident, the teen "stepped too lose to a protester and the cop threw her on the ground, picked her up, and said 'do you want me to hit you' and she didn't respond and then as you can see he hit her."

Huntera later adds that the cop never read the teen "her Miranda rights" and that he "has no right to handcuff her."

According to the Gaily Grind, Huntera says that the incident occurred at 5 p.m. Sunday, and that the unnamed 19-year-old alleged victim "was crying against a wall next to her 'attacker' while her fianc was panicking trying to find someone who recorded it."

The video does not show the events leading up to the incident or any warnings the police officer may have given the girl in advance.
