Airline Bans UK Man for Life After Exposing XXX Pinocchio Penis Tattoo
EDGE READ TIME: 2 MIN.
This is the opposite of a Disney fairytale.
An airline booted and banned a U.K. man for life after he showed fellow passengers and crew members his x-rated Pinocchio penis tattoo and waved around a sex toy.
In an interview with the Grimsby Telegraph, Tom Washington, 22, said the stunt sparked Jet2 to come down hard and give him the harsh punishment.
Washington said he and 22 of his friends were on a flight from East Midlands Airport in England to the popular Mediterranean vacation destination Majorca. He said the group was ready to have a good time and that spirits were high as he and his friends dressed in drag as female cabin crew staff.
"There were 23 of us altogether and we all met at East Midlands airport," Washington told the Grimsby Telegraph. "We got up in the early hours to do our make-up and hair like any presentable woman."
But things went south when Washington perhaps took things a bit too far by revealing his tattoo of the beloved Disney Italian cartoon, which is located just above his penis (yes, Pinocchio's nose is Washington's penis..and grows when he grows), to crew members and other passengers
"We were all excited and sober at this point, and we got on to the plane with barrels of laughter from pretty much everyone - the airport staff and members of the public. We got to our seats on the plane for the safety induction," he told the newspaper. "I got up but because my jacket was too tight, it exposed my chest which I had covered with a bra.
"I then proceeded to 'help' the cabin staff with the talk using a sex toy," he continued. "There were some old men on the plane as well and they were a laugh. The lads mentioned I had a tattoo of Pinocchio, which I showed them, and that was the point where the manager took my passport."
After the incident Jet2 officials told Washington he would not be able to board the return flight. To get him back home, his friends all chipped in money so he could get on a different airline.
Washington said Jet2 called the police and that he was banned for life.
"Jet2.com has given a lifetime ban to Grimsby man, Thomas Washington, for indecently exposing himself to cabin crew on a flight to Majorca last Friday, May 1," a spokesperson for the company said. "The airline refused his return travel to East Midlands Airport and has also reported the incident to the police."
Jet2 CEO, Steve Heapy, called Washington displayed "disgusting behavior that will not be tolerated" and that the incident was "totally unacceptable."
"We pride ourselves on giving our customers a friendly and relaxing flight experience so we will take action against anyone who causes offense and disruption to our crew and passengers," he added.
