From Timothée Chalamet to the 'Challengers' Cast -- Lookalike Contests are Taking over the World. Who Would We Love to See Next?

How could we possibly decide between multiple contestants who show up looking like the talented actor who stunned us all with his "Monsters" performance in the recent Ryan Murphy show? Somehow, it must be done. We will do the hard work this calls for! We'd love to see a contest for people who look like the "well hung" (in his own words, on Andy Cohen's show) out actor who casually dropped the news that he did not wear a prosthetic in his full-frontal nude scene, and has won over many fans who love his candid vibe, playful interview answers, and handsome face. Bonus points to any lookalike contestants who arrive as Cooper Koch with a true to real-life equally-hot twin!

Troye Sivan

There have been rumors of a lookalike contest in Australia, where Sivan is currently touring, as well as posters spotted in Amsterdam, where lookalikes are invited to compete to win "poppers and maybe cash." We're gonna get a lot of partially-dressed dyed-blonde twinks at this event, but if they can show up with Sivan-esque moves and outfits inspired by "Rush" or, if we're very lucky, "One of Your Girls" then we'll be set for a good time! Some important questions that contest organizers will need to answer on their poster: Is this a BYOC (Bring Your Own Chair) situation for those who want to do the "One Of Your" Girls performance, and will they need to bring along their own Ross Lynch, or will one be provided?

Jonathan Bailey

We love Jonathan Bailey, not just for being incredibly hot, but for his endless charisma. The out actor can charm the pants off (literally off!) anybody –any age, any gender, just give him a chance! We've seen it on screen, with women on "Bridgerton," with men on "Fellow Travelers", and we're seeing it right now with everyone on the "Wicked" cinema screen and in the cinema audience. This lookalike contest would be plenty of fun for the variety of costumes that contestants could arrive in, but the true winner should be put to the test of charming random willing members of the audience.

Colman Domingo

This is one of those 'You've really got it, or you just don't' situations. Out actor Colman Domingo has a presence that feels like he's center stage with a spotlight on him, even when it's the middle of the afternoon in a crowded area, so a lookalike competition will have to match looks and his aura. Domingo is always impeccably styled, looking regal in often-jewel-toned suits, with a strong, wise energy about him. He's a one-of-a-kind stunner who's got humor and heart. We're not sure there's anyone remotely like Colman Domingo out there, but we're sure it's worth a try to find someone who may even come close!

Tom Daley

This Olympic diver, husband, dad of two, and knitter extraordinaire is sweet, charming, an enthusiastic thirst trapper, and a man who makes use of the thirst trap potential in his workwear: Speedos. We love that even his recent "Don't drink and dive" awareness campaign was a thirst trap. The man knows his audience. Daley is a young, hot, out gay man who is super successful internationally, but his lookalike contestants don't have to be. They do have to be brunette, fit, and willing to be in public spaces wearing either handmade knitted clothing, or nothing but a Speedo, possibly (preferably!) both at the same time.

Ncuti Gatwa

How could you replicate perfection? We wish the best to anyone willing to try! The "Sex Education" actor and "Doctor Who" star has a smile that could light up the world for miles, and always radiates positive vibes. Whether this queer actor is rocking a crop top, a little mesh number, a formal suit, or teeny-tiny shorts, he is cool, calm, and charming in it! Perhaps it's the energy that Gatwa exudes when he's in a room: As if the moment were built for him to shine in. Even his Madame Tussauds wax figure is genuinely sexy! Now that we think of it... a public square of men even close to this level of beauty and fabulousness may be too overwhelming to witness all at once in one afternoon!

Pedro Pascal

The charm, the charisma, the effortlessly sensual energy–it sometimes feels like Pedro Pascal doesn't even notice how sexy he is, but surely he must know that everyone in the room turns towards him as he enters. We don't even mean because he's famous, but because the "Gladiator" actor carries such a warm, welcoming energy alongside his catch-your-breath irresistible sweetness (with a sexy salt 'n pepper beard and hair made for running your hands through) that turns to heat as soon as he comes closer. Lookalikes will need to perfect that sublime blend of casual and cool. This contest would be the biggest can't-miss event on our calendar!

There is a possible Taylor Zakhar Perez lookalike contest happening in LA this December. This is excellent news for anyone who enjoys looking at hot people! It's terrible news for anyone competing for this award.

So much of Taylor Zakhar Perez's unparalleled hotness is about the fact that –even as you're looking at him– it seems impossible that anyone could be so gorgeous. The curls, the smile, the arms! We love the way his fits at high-profile events play around with the image of himself as Prince Charming, front-row Fashion Week darling, sporty action hero, and flirtatious rom-com love interest by mixing it up each time, keeping us guessing. Who could possibly do it like him? Who would have the audacity to even claim such a thing? In the spirit of always being ready to see hot people, we would like to see the good people of Los Angeles try.

It's the duality and depth in every Nicholas Alexander Chavez performance and photoshoot that has us thirsting for him. A lot of their sexiness is based on the haircut and every stunning angle of their face, but their fierce, in-control, quietly powerful vibe (especially when they're in a room with their "House of the Dragon" co-star Olivia Cooke) contributes heavily to the way we adore them. This is a contest about looks, sure, but we do also need these hypothetical contestants to say "Negroni... Sbagliato.. With Prosecco in it" with as much smooth seduction dripping from their voice as possible, just to see who gives us the sexiest thrill.

Think of all the sculpted, muscular arms you would see at this contest! Surely it would have to be classified as a world heritage site, a monument to all things good and hot and holy. We can't help imagining all the Zane Phillips lookalikes arriving at this hallowed venue with their tans, their stubble, their thick thighs built by engaging in wholesome activities like scenic mountain hikes and riding other men. We would love to see butch lesbians compete in this event! Perfecting the Zane Phillips look is less about the piercing blue eyes, and more about how sturdy he looks, and the way his tanned skin makes you want to be outside with him all day, before going somewhere completely private all night.

Tattoos are optional for this one. Arriving with a guitar slung across your body is not compulsory, but a definite plus. The swooping hair, smile like sunshine breaking through the clouds, and showing up wearing something sleeveless or shirtless so that your arms are on display are must-dos. You don't have to be a singer-songwriter to win this contest, but we do need you to radiate Canadian singer-songwriter Shawn Mendes' vibe of remarkable inner peace, and his willingness to pour his heart into a song, preferably while shirtless.
